Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, a written notice must be received by Stickney Creek. Fees will be charged as follows:

• No fees are involved in case of date changes.

• If the cancellation notice is received prior to the final payment, the first deposit is refunded less 10% of the total reservation.

• If the cancellation is made after Stickney Creek has received full payment, such amount will be rendered non-refundable. Under these circumstance, a change of date within the next 12 months is also valid.
